Description

This Clients for Life Seminar is the first in a series of Professional Development seminars developed by the EBC Young Environmental Professionals Committee for both junior and senior level employees of environmental and energy companies.

Clients for life: What are they? Who needs them? How do you get them? And how do you keep them?

With just a little effort you can convert existing clients into clients for life and in the process increase your sales and profitability, while decreasing your risk and overhead costs. Best of all, you will derive more satisfaction from your work, have fun, and even make a friend or two (sorry, no guarantees of weight loss). Doing good technical work, on time and on budget, are minimum expectations in our business. Learn about the other professional practices that will separate you from the rest of the crowd.
