Unlike many consulting engineers, our ideal candidate need not be a star salesperson with a big book of business. Rather, the Company?s ideal candidate will be a deeply technical practitioner who shares our passion for excellence in environmental advising, planning and execution as well as our undying commitment to educate, mentor and prepare young professionals in the skills, ethics and practices of our profession.

The Company?s ideal candidate is a fiercely-competitive, highly ethical senior level consultant who will provide organizational development, change management, strategic leadership, tactical muscle, technical oversight, professional development, and financial management in the following practice areas:

? Environmental planning
? Permitting,
? Training,
? Record Keeping,
? Due Diligence,
? Air Quality,
? Site Investigation
? Remediation, and
? Environmental Compliance

The ideal Candidate will be able to provide regulatory and technical assistance to the Company?s clients, develop and grow its existing consulting engineering , field operations, and wastewater staff and assist in further development of one of the Company?s dynamic and growing business units. Further, the ideal applicant will have expertise in the following environmental program and allied service areas:

? Resource Conservation and Recovery Act and state analogs
? Occupational Health and Safety Administration program areas germane to environmental protection and state analogs
? Department of Labor and Nuclear Regulatory Commission programs on radioactive materials and state analogs
? Toxic Substance Control Act
? Clean Air Act and state analogs
? Clean Water Act and state analogs
? Federal, Insecticide, Fungicide, Rodenticide Act


Essential responsibilities and duties to include:
? Serve in the capacity of senior level management to deliver double-digit profitable growth of the Company?s compliance and environmental engineering groups within the Northeastern United States
? Activities include the oversight of auditing procedures, health and safety, permitting and compliance support, site due diligence and remediation, and wastewater compliance
? Fully accountable for the interaction and management of environmental compliance and remediation services to the Company?s customers, specifically by capitalizing on existing client relationships within the Higher Education, Industrial, Life Sciences and Healthcare markets
? Work with other office leaders and senior management to deepen relationships with key clients and establish new client relationships that result in significant net revenues
? Recruit, , hire, manage, mentor and maintain billability for personnel within the Boston, Connecticut and New York offices.
? Manage and oversee large scale projects
? Proposal development and presentation delivery/preparation to win project work with new and existing clients; and
? Development and implementation of business growth strategies.

Minimum required qualifications:
? BS Degree Environmental/Civil Engineering or Environmental Science
? PE/PG/Licensed environmental professional with registration in MA/CT/RI/NY
? 15or more years of management experience and technical consulting experience in Site Investigation & Remediation, Air Quality, Due Diligence for large institutional or industrial clients
? Expertise in project management and oversight of large scale projects
? Proven experience in business management and client relations
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Excellent mathematic skills
? Demonstrated ability to manage large scale projects and maintain business portfolios
? Leadership in establishing, mentoring, and maintaining billability as well as leadership ability to build, coach, and mentor collaborative teams
? High degree of technical competence and broad knowledge of federal and state regulations.
? Prior experience growing a successful environmental consulting office strongly preferred
? A strong and deep portfolio of customer wows
? A strong desire to achieve above-and-beyond results for our customers
? The passion to build a solid, enthusiastic team within our firm.
